Hi there Ive just pulled the trigger on this switch. Have just noticed people are saying there are problems with BT->EE broadband so getting a bit nervous. What specific items are you referring to are no longer free? Many thanks.

Keep getting emails etc to switch from BT To EE

But when checking the offers you find that items included in BT are no longer free; their added extras with monthly costs

So I’m not moving anywhere until they get the cost sorted

Has anybody else found the same thing

BT's BT to EE migration arrangements still seem to be in a bit of a shambles, judging by the tales of woe that are regularly posted on this community. You're better off ignoring all "offers" from BT to move you until they, hopefully, sort out their systems

If you manage to get it processed you are lucky, others have had loss of service, cancelled migrations for no reason, not able to switch at all due to problems with BT account

, you lose your phone number, connection problems after switch...

But you will probably be OK, probably.
