    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm not aware of any window as such, but if you log into MyBT you may already have renewal offers. If nothing there, just keep checking periodically. Although in my experience, they've always been more than I was currently paying.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But anecdotal evidence on these forums suggest that once BT have you in a Halo contract, it's nigh impossible to downgrade it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi thanks in advance for help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;my 24 month full fibre 500 with halo 3+ broadband contract ends on the 13.03.25 I have realised I’ve had far too much product &amp;nbsp;than I need and would be happy with a 150 Mbps.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I want to stay with Bt I’ve heard about a contract end window I can downgrade within does anyone know when I can do this please? Thank you kindly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
