&lt;P&gt;I understand that you have spoken with the team already, but they would be the best people to get it resolved for you, as they can access your account to send a chase.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have not been able to claim my £50 gift card, been nearly 2 months so far!&amp;nbsp; When I phone help line I am advised that it will appear in my account, it hasn't!&amp;nbsp; Getting annoyed now.&amp;nbsp; How do I claim the gift card?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
