&lt;P&gt;If the option to claim the Reward Card is not showing in your My BT account, I'd recommend contacting our &lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing" target="_blank"&gt;Account and Billing&lt;/A&gt; guides for help.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;They can access your account and get it chased for you.&lt;/P&gt;
