    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Katie,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry, I wasn't clear. We've moved and now have a new BT account. I would like to log in to my account online to pay the phone/broadband bill but when I log in I receive information for my old BT account which, for some reason, still hasn't been shut down.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I add my new BT account? Any help appreciated!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, we have moved and therefore have a new account. I can't seem to find how to add the new account / make a swap, so I'm I'm having difficulty paying. I can't download the app because I live abroad and you need to be in the UK to download it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help appreciated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Once you are logged in, follow the below steps;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- Click Your Details&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- Go to Account, shown under Settings&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- Scroll down to Multiple Accounts, then click Add an account&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;- Enter the account number you wish to link, then click Continue&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Let me know how you get on.&lt;/P&gt;
