Can't cancel TNT Sports online anymore

I used to be able to cancel BT Sport through the website but now there isn't any option with TNT. The FAQs indicate that you still can but there no option.

Yes, you can cancel your account at any time, no strings attached.

Simply log into My BT, find discovery+ Premium (incl. TNT Sports) and choose ‘Cancel subscription’.

When you cancel, you can carry on watching content until your existing months billing period expires.

In 2024 it is poor customer service to not to be able manage a subscription online. If this is not available then UPDATE YOUR FAQs!

Having to call and get the sales pitch is not "cancelling anytime" to me!
