    <description>&lt;P&gt;Renewed my broadband to full fibre 900 4 weeks ago, partly due to the fact the package was supposed to come with 12 months xbox game pass.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I waited 2 weeks to get my activation email, which never came. A game pass section has appeared on my account on the BT website, however as other users have reported it doesn't work and instead gives me the wrong phone number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="1000010715.jpg" style="width: 1080px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.bt.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/85871i45306DF27BAC6DA3/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="1000010715.jpg" alt="1000010715.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On 28th Oct I spoke to someone on live chat who told me they had sorted it out and I would get an email within 24 hours. By 1st November I still hadn't received anything so I called customer service, who - instead of trying to help - tried to sell me an EE sim and upgrade my broadband further before cutting me off when I stated I was calling about game pass, not to purchase anything. After trying again I got through to someone else who said they would send a form off and I would hear back in 5 working days. Those 5 days have passed and still nothing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not really sure where to go from here. I was promised something by BT and they've failed to deliver, and everyone I speak to has a different answer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I am sorry that you have been getting nowhere with getting the Xbox Game Pass as part of your plan.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When you contacted our team to chase this, there should have been a webform sent which would have had the code with you within 7 working days.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As that time has passed, can you send me over a &lt;A href="https://community.bt.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage" target="_blank"&gt;private message&lt;/A&gt; so I can take some details to chase this for you?&lt;/P&gt;
