Previously was able to order fibre

About 1 month ago the bt wholesale chcker and the openrecah website said that fibre was available for my house all of a sudden I had an email from openreach saying we've added your house to our build plans which I thought was odd so I check there website and it says planned build I know this is wrong as we have a cbt on our local telephone pole it is a 12 socket cbt with no houses linked to it. Does anyone know what to do as our internet contract with virgin media ends soon.

As you can see from the results there is no FTTP available to you just now FTTP on demand is not the same and an e pensive business product if you can find anISP

You can get FTTC with max 80/20mb connection

The other day when u did the bt wholesale chcker it said full fiber was available
