Hi I keep having emails to claim my reward but when I do it nothing there it been going on since oct 11 please help

It would need to be our customer care guides that chase it for you, as they will need to get access to your account @Cezs.

The best option would be to go through the Account and Billing options to reach the right people. They are available over the phone or by online chat which can be found on our Contact BT page.

I have Try online chat and dont work I cant speak on fone as loat my voice
