Old BT Account still on my account.

How can i get an old account removed. I have returned to BT and given a new account numb er but when using the app i cant access the new account number as it defaults to the old account. Telephone help has been unable to remove it!

The Customer Service Billing 0330.1234.150 can remove the old account. You just need to call them until one of them manages the simple task of removing it.

@gg30340 I have tried to 6 different people on the phone and they still cant do it. its so frustrating!

There is nobody including the moderators on this forum who have access to your account so unfortunately you will either need to live with it , re contact customer service or raise a complaint and hope that it can be dealt with that way.
