BT/EE high street shops

Instead of spending time on the phone speaking to agents about contracts, packages and pricing can a visit into a BT/EE prove to be an easier choice? Also, is the communication between the shop agents reliable and effective for a successful outcome?

You can pop in when you pass or even book an appointment so there is no waiting around.
