How can I claim 50 pound reward? I joined over 2 weeks ago.

What did you join 2 weeks ago? This forum or open a BT account?
And what's this £50 reward - I've not heard about it?
The only £50 reward I've been offered recently is for installation of a smart meter.

I opened BT account over 2 weeks ago by getting broadband. Keep getting text messages saying to claim GBP 50 BT digital reward, but nothing showing on my BT.

What date was your service activated, as you cannot claim until 14 days after activation.

You should be able to see the option to redeem this when logging into your account, so if nothing is showing please reach out to our customer care team, and they'll be able to help you get this checked out.
