50 Pounds Reward Card and Gamepass Ultimate

Just received an email to claim the £50 reward card and when I click on the link there is nothing there. Apparently with this order I am meant to get Xbox Game Pass Ultimate included in it. Will the Gamepass Ultimate be a code ? New to BT as I am currently with KCOM,

You will not be able to get the pass until your account goes live and your 14 day cooling off period has passed.

If you aren't seeing the option to claim the reward card after receiving the email, please get in touch with our Account & Billing guides who can chase this for you.

With regards to the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, you would need to wait until you've been connected for 14 days as @gg30340 mentioned, but if you still have nothing about it at that point, let us know and we can chase that for you.
