What query! All you posted in the title was "Usage details on bills" and your message contains a statement not a question.

Perhaps if you post an intelligible question you might get an answer.

One would have thought that saying I wanted itemised billing would have been sufficient, alas no, as a point of claricication; I do not want a single total, just a complete list of all calls showing the individual cost. Why we should need to call BT and get this info I fail to comprehend, it should be part of the service.

Firstly your one and only original post ranted about something you had not posted previously.

We are not mind readers and have no idea what you were chuntering about.

Secondly, if you download your bill as a pdf from MyBT it is fully itemised.

My crystal ball was not working so I have re-read your post and I can not see anywhere that you have mentioned itemised billing let alone said you wanted an itemised bill.
