This has happened today. My service has all been stopped. Bt keep fobbing me off. I’m so worried. How can I get them to turn our number back on

Hi. Today this is happening to me exactly like you. I’m st the end of my tether BT won’t help. My number phone and internet all stopped.
Did you get sorted snd can you give me any advice please.

I have moved all your posts onto your own thread. The threads you posted on were one and two years old. Posting multiple times about the same problem only causes confusion and duplication.

What makes you think according to the titles of the threads you posted on that your line was either "slammed", "wants to be taken over by another customer" or "cancelled with out your request" and that it is not just a fault?

What did BT say when you called them?
