Hi just ordered full fibre

got a text confirming appointment and to reply yes to go ahead

I reply yes but it comes back as not delivered the text comes from +44 7701 407770

i see someone else had this problem but I did not see how they resolved it

thanks for any help

will they still come or if no response will they cancel the appointment
