      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been trying for weeks now to get a contract updated for BT Broadband and Digital Voice.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;EVERY SINGLE TIME I am on chat, it crashes.&amp;nbsp; What is going on with the website?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;H3&gt;This page contains the following errors:&lt;/H3&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;error on line 1 at column 1: Start tag expected, '&amp;lt;' not found&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;H3&gt;Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error.&lt;/H3&gt;&lt;H3&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/H3&gt;&lt;H3&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/H3&gt;&lt;H3&gt;We’re trying to fix the problem at the moment. &lt;P&gt;Have you tried clearing cookies and cache and opening a new web browser?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, are you logged into your account when getting this error?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
