      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear sir or madam&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have recently ordered a full fibre 150 package, with the engineer scheduled to come on the 27th December, to install.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However. It seems I'm not getting and confirmation emails.&amp;nbsp; I received a text message saying thank you for your order, but I have not received an confirmation email, with my order details.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also I cannot log in to my BTid that I set up as I have not got the verification email. I have clicked resend, but nothing has come through.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I though I'd check using the order reference (thankfully I wrote it down, when I filling things out).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, when I enter this reference, nothing comes up in the list.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All I want is confirmation that my order has gone through smoothly, and to get into my BTid account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So far not a great start, (maybe I shouldn't have switched).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help/advice would be much appreciated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ian&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It is probably because your order has not been forwarded to Openreach. I am in a similar position with Digital Voice.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
