    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi can someone please help me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have received my 'You can now claim your GBP 50 BT Digital Reward' but when I log in there is no&amp;nbsp;claim button. It might be because I have an older BT account and a new BT account. The older has not been used for a number of years. I have tried the direct links in other messages on the community board but they do not work for me either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards, Ian&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In case your are not, you have to be out of the 14 day cooling off period before you can claim.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your response.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I finally got through to the Messaging service. Last night was a 24 minute wait and then it had an error. This afternoon it was only a few minutes. They have claimed the reward. I am meant to get another email with more information within 7 days. Fingers crossed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
