Content Provider xbox games pass

I have been a BT customer for 15 years or so, just upgraded to full fiber and had an email to say I have an Xbox games pass, I have logged in online (PC) I cant find the content Partner section to activate, says I can active in the next 14 days, please advise?

You need to wait at least until the 14 day cooling off period has passed after the activation date of your upgrade. There are numerous posts on forum like yours

Really!! why send the email now telling me i can active in next 14 days, wording should read in 14 days, really isn't that hard!

just to make you aware , it doesn’t show after the 14 days cooling off period, it was added today ( 1 day after my renewal)
