      <title>BT Kit returned and received acknowledgement, but still getting request</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My Bt kit has been returned (17/11/24) and i got a message saying it had been acknowledged back at the depot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, I am still getting a message from BT to ask for the return. There was two labels generated for the return as the original returns bag was late arriving! I'm wondering if this is why i still get messages?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I thought my account would have been taken off the returns list by now? as there is no returns option in the MY BT home page.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
