    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am going through exactly the same issues here. They need to get the activation link working again on the website because looking at the response here, the OP must have been smashing their head against a wall.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have had no luck with activation. Used their text system (charged) got nowhere, live chat doesn't seem to exist/work anymore either seems this is the last option.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have the button to add the game pass so it is on my account to do so then I get a message to phone a number and I am not getting through.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do I get emailed an activation code as I was under the impression I activated it via MyBt which is what I am trying.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help or suggestions please.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>It was supposed to be sent on the 3rd November at 10:18 am&lt;BR /&gt;The agents name was Christine.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have an email dated 03/11/2024 at 10:18 which includes the weblink which starts&lt;BR /&gt;"Add 6 / 12 month GamePass for BT customers&lt;BR /&gt;Please do not give this form link to customers, its for internal use only"&lt;BR /&gt;But she did assure me that she had completed it and I would only have to wait for 7 days, I do not know if she was aware that she had attached the link to my email ?.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Not a good show, wrong/misleading information on the main website and customers being sent links they are not supposed to have access to, all seems a bit mickey mouse to me.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I had a games pass come through last Monday, &amp;nbsp;I went on to activate it, but the system said down for maintenance, it’s been down every day for the last 10 days . &amp;nbsp;9 days ago I called the number on the maintenance message and spoke to someone in BT to get the games pass added, he said he needed to fill in a form and I would get an email in 2 days, &amp;nbsp;still waiting .. even better now every time I tried to call there is at least &amp;nbsp;45 minute wait! &amp;nbsp;After 10/15 minutes I just hang up I haven’t got time to waste, why is this not simple to add/fix why is the site still down!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
