    <description>&lt;P&gt;When I login to my MyBT webpage, it contains details for two old defunct BT accounts, but not my new account&amp;nbsp; number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I follow the procedure in My profile -&amp;gt; Step 1 of 2: Add your account number, then click Continue, but the webpage then resets back to My profile, with no Step 2 appearing &amp;amp; no new account number added to the dropdown box in the top right corner.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried entering my new account number starting with "GB" and also with these first two characters replaced by "02", alas, both to no avail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This problem occurs in Chrome, Edge &amp;amp; FireFox browsers running on 2 different Windows 11 PCs &amp;amp; also Chrome browser running on an Android phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After spending over an hour running through the above with the BT live chat help service, they were unable to resolve this issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please, can somebody help me?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
