Early Termination Charges if less than one month remaining?

My contract for Broadband & TNT Sports App ends in a few weeks. If I accept an offer from another provider with less than one month remaining on my contract, will I get charged an early termination fee? and if so, is it a full month or pro rata?

It will only be peanuts either way, won't exactly break the bank.

Don't forget that you must give at least 30 days notice even once you are out of your fixed term contract or you will be charged an early termination fee amounting to roughly the remainder of that month.

I thought it was only 14 days if done through the One Touch Switching process?

As far as I am aware it is still 30 days if you are out of your fixed term contract. I can not find any information stating only a 14 day period so if you have information or a link please post it for the information of others.
