New Broadband Contract

I have just had an email from Openreach to say that full fibre is now available and "MyBT" shows that I could upgrade to that for an additional £5. That's fine as far as it goes. However, my current package (which has about 1 year to run) includes the TV Entertainment bundle at a very reasonable £8.63 per month. If I upgrade the broadband that would start another 24 month contract, but what would happen to my TV bundle in those circumstances?

Any answer you get here will be pure speculation. Ring BT and ask and then get it confirmed in writing.

Licquorice

You are probably right but I just wondered if there was a set procedure. I can’t help thinking that there should be but perhaps I was being over optimistic.
