&lt;P&gt;If you are a BT customer, then if you contact BT, they can ask Openreach to update any records.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have seen in previous threads that a moderator might be able to help in the submission of an ORDI to correct/update the Openreach database?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could a moderator please reach out if that is the case, I'm struggling to get this done via customer service on the phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks, Martin&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I just spent 90 minutes on the phone with customer service and in the end had to hang up as I simply wasn't getting anywhere.</description>
