There seems to a problem with the link, when you hover over "Message Us" there is no link just blank.

Could you try another browser, does the 'message now' option work for you?

If not, do you have pop-ups blocked in your browser settings?

No luck when using Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome. My regular browser these days is Edge and I removed the Pop-Up up as you suggested but still no improvement.

I just tried link in Edge and chrome and it worked for me so maybe try again or check to see if something blocking I am using a pc

just tried on android phone and worked there as well

@allanraymond Agreed, cannot access from any of my browsers with the exception of Opera, so obviously it must be a setting we both have in Chrome or Edge.

Just tried Firefox and was able to access Chat.

Still having issues with Edge, Chat seems to be the only site I can't access with Edge.

At last I found a work around the problem of not being to access BT Chat using Edge.

You need to open an InPrivate window in Edge.
