    <description>&lt;P&gt;Couldn't get through to BT on phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did manage to speak to the outsourced retention team who took my order.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Checked their system and order is for EE and they don't know why I received a renewed contract from BT.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Received an SMS from EE with my renewed mobile contract and it does suggest I'm being moved to EE or perhaps just they've been told to expect an order.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"Hi from EE. Enjoy a £20 discount on your mobile plan, as a thank you for having broadband with us. Just a heads up, if you cancel your broadband, you'll lose the discount after seven days. Please visit ee.co.uk/go/mp-discount-removal to find out more. Thanks."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I'll give it a few days and see what happens, hopefully just a quirk in the system.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Just as long as I don't get stung for the full price of monile contract without the £20 discount.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Does a switch to EE recontract you with BT?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had been intending to move from EE and received a call from retentions earlier.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had the option to renew with BT for £35.99 or move to EE for £31.99.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Agreed to switch to EE and they were going to move my current EE sim only to a £10 unlimited data deal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Within last hour I've had contract summary through from BT for £35.99 for a 24 month recontract with EE.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this a normal part of the transfer even though I agreed to the EE offer?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've also had a text message from EE that all my discounts have been removed and I've been subscribed to a £30pm sim.&amp;nbsp; Im guessing this would then become £20 eventually with the £20 off for BB customers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm just a little confused with the BT order and contract and wondering if I need to query this or let it run its course.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you move from BT to EE it would start a new contract but it would be an EE one. I suspect an error has been made with your package if it's a BT one and not what you signed up for.&amp;nbsp; I would call BT and get them to look I to it as a priority and I'm sure they will sort it all out&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I contacted live chat and they confirmed Its a BT order rather than EE.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Couldn't help much more than that as I don't think they were understanding that it should have been EE.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'll give them a call and see if they can reverse the order and reinstate my sim only contract and discounts with EE.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
