    <description>&lt;P&gt;With this being a customer to customer community the mods on here do not have access to customer accounts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would suggest calling BT directly and speak to the billing team, they will be able to follow up on both of those things. They should open a complaint and they will keep working with you until it is fixed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm sure it will be a smooth process once someone is in control and following up with everything.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is a BT residential customer to customer forum. Your post does not go to BT. The only BT staff are the forum moderators who do not have access to accounts.&amp;nbsp; You would need to call BT Billing on 0330.1234.150 and ask them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
