I've just recently renewed with BT and in doing so apparently been migrated to EE. However, when I log into my BT account, it shows no products. There is nothing on my EE account either but I suspect this is an old login from mobile contract rather than EE broadband generated.

Since I was migrated I haven't received a single email from either BT or EE so don't have any new account number visible. All updates have been by text (including new hub delivery so definitely legitimate).

Any ideas?

You would need to set up a MyEE for your EE broadband account to see if there is anything there with EE. If nothing there you will need to contact EE to resolve the issue as BT do not have access to EE accounts.

If you do not have an account number for your EE account you will need to contact EE and ask them to supply you with the account number.

EE have their own forum https://community.ee.co.uk/, so you may be better asking there.

EE are a separate company within the BT Group.
