    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/339445"&gt;@Michael_D&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Checked my BT account where there is an option to manage the Netflix account.&amp;nbsp; When I click on it I am taken to the Netflix website. Checking the Netflix website I can find an option to either change my plan or delete my membership.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am assuming that when I delete my Netflix membership ( on the Netflix website ) the payments via my BT will automatically stop - am I correct?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;David&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I've had a look on our &lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/tv/learn-about-tv/channels-and-packages/netflix-from-bt" target="_blank"&gt;Netflix on EE TV&lt;/A&gt; page, and that says that if it isn't part of an EE TV package and you are paying for it as an extra, you'll need to go to the Account section on &lt;A href="http://www.netflix.com" target="_blank"&gt;www.netflix.com&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What charge on you seeing on your BT bill?&lt;/P&gt;

If the account is no longer active, it would also then stop the payments, as there isn't an account to be billed for.&lt;/P&gt;
