Reward Card

Hey, I’ve just recently bought broadband with BT with the £110 reward card, I’ve been sent email and text with a link to activate it but every time I click it just brings me to my bt homepage not activating the reward card. I was just wondering how I could do this?

Try again, 14 days after your broadband service has been activated.

Welcome to the community.

As @Keith_Beddoe mentioned, you would need to be connected for at least 14 days before you can claim the reward card.

If you are already past 14 days, or you have any trouble when you get to that point, get in touch with our Account & Billing guides, who can help to get it chased for you.
