      <title>Xbox Game Pass?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There are times when I feel fobbed off.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Just over two weeks ago I had BT Ultrafast 900 installed. All has been fine with that but I got an email saying that my broadband package has "Xbox&amp;nbsp; Game Pass Ultimate 12 Months" included at no extra cost. I went through the process of setting it up but was greeted by a screen similar if not identical to the one below. I phoned up and was told the message is misleading and though it said "You can activate it&amp;nbsp; in the next 14 day"s what it really meant was that I can't activate for 14 days because I have a cooling off period of 14 days on the Ultrafast and I could potentially cancel the Ultrafast and still have the Xbox. So I was advised that I needed to try back on the 21st, though leave to the 22nd to be sure.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Well I've just tried again and I've been greeted with what looks like the identical message to what I had 14 days ago. So before I phone up again can anyone let me what their experience with this has been please. I certainly hope I'm not going to have a battle because the 14 days has now expired!&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can not activate it while still in the cooling off period. As you are now out of that period you can activate it anytime from then.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As the message states there is a maintenance problem and it supplies a phone number to call I would suggest that you call that number and if there is problem post back.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just an update in case anyone is able to help or change anything.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Phoning the number given does not give an option to press 1 then 2 as indicated. Instead on pressing 1 the system hangs up and sends a text message with a link to a menu screen which&amp;nbsp; doesn't really have any direct link to the issue. But anyway guessing and&amp;nbsp; selecting Home Phone or Broadband takes me to another menu screen listing Billing, Faults, Sales, Upgrade, Moving Home, Faults or Cancel Service. I chose Faults (?) and get a screen saying I've been sent a text and to close the screen and continue with the text. I'm loosing the will already. No text yet!! Guess I'll have to start again. Anyone any idea what I do now?
