How do I apply for essentials broadband without a phone?

I have found where to apply for broadband on the BT website but there is no mention of essentials broadband. The only page I could find about essentials broadband has two numbers to call but I can't make phone calls, so need an online application like the other broadband packages. Am I missing something? Can someone please provide a URL to apply for essentials broadband? Thank you.

Do you mean this - https://www.bt.com/broadband/home-essentials

it looks like you have to phone.

Hi @carlossuss

What do you mean by 'I can't make phone calls'?
Is there no one you know that can aide you with the process?
As this is an 0800 number then it will be free to call, whether using a landline or mobile, for the person who helps you.

I'm not going into my medical problems here, and I don't have an aide. If it can't be done with BT then that is fine, I will try another company.
