    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm struggling to get hold of a contact email address for BT accounts or customer services.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've recently swapped from BT to EE and have returned my homehub and wifi disc. I received a text from BT requesting that I provide my tracking details.&amp;nbsp; The issue I have is that I am currently in the Falkland Islands and for some reason I am unable to reply via text to BT with the tracking details as normal texts won't send.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm happy to provide these details but I just don't see a simple way to contact BT.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
