&lt;P&gt;They'll be able to access your account to make sure that the details are set up correctly and help to get you logged in.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Bt id activation problem</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve just signed up for a new broadband package but like many others I’m having difficulties activating my bt id.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I received an initial email activation but when pressing the link it informs me that it has expired. I requested a new activation link many times but never actually receive a new email. I also changed my password as other posts have recommended but no change.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can you assist?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
