      <title>Cannot Activate my BT ID</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently joined BT and am having issues activating my BT ID.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was asked to activate my BT ID via a link in an email. I did so but the link was expired.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The link brought me to a page, where it says that I can log into my account to request another link or activate my account online.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I log into my account I get these 3 pieces of information:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;gt;&amp;nbsp; I still have an inactive account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;gt; "Sorry, we can’t get your account details at the moment"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;gt; "&amp;nbsp;We’re trying to fix the problem at the moment. Please come back later."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This has been like this for the last 6 hours.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So my issue is that I cannot get a new activation link nor do it via my BT account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I resolve this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you in advance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
