      <title>Joining BT - Activation Date</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I'm looking to sign up to Fibre 2 which is part copper/part fibre.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to time this with my move date, so am I best to order 14 days before I need it up and running?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you able to choose/change the activation date when ordering?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Hard Credit Check without processed order</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I started ordering BT Fibre as I wanted to know if you could select the activation date. I didn't proceed with the order, but I now have a hard credit check on my credit report.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I received an email afterwards to 'complete your order' which just takes you to the BT website to then place a new order, so will they credit check me a second time when I come to actually order?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How would I get the credit check removed from my report?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
