    <description>&lt;P&gt;as your system was restored less than 2 weeks ago it possibly missed the billing cycle but I would expect the automatic compensation to be in your next bill.&amp;nbsp; you try contacting billing using message now and see if they can clarify&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can someone advise how and when compensation due to loss of service is paid?&amp;nbsp; Not had any communication from BT about it.&amp;nbsp; I understand that it's an automatic credit but my latest bill is for the usual payment.&amp;nbsp; We were off for 3 weeks following Storm Eowyn.&amp;nbsp; Thanks in anticipation.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
