      <description>&lt;P&gt;So - there is no link either in My BT or on the site to request a retuns bag, nor can I get through on the CS line.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there an email address I can send a request to?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can request a returns bag by logging into your online account and requesting one and you will get it within 7 days.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Either that or you would need to call or message BT and get one that way:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/technical-support/broadband" target="_blank"&gt;Fix broadband | BT Help&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;Make sure you keep a hold of the tracking number from Royal Mail until BT let you know they have it back&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I can't see it as an option anywhere in my online account -I have aposted here because I can't get through on the phone and there is no "request a bag" link in my online account. Can anyone who has actually done this give me an answer?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
