I keep getting messages about switching from BT to EE. Do I have to switch or is it a choice?.
Currently have:
Full fibre 100 with BT halo 3 ( can I drop the halo3 as do not use Hybrid connect or the Wi-fi disc)
Digital voice (pay as you go as I only get a few incoming calls)
TV and sport (watch sport on Discovery +, Never view via the BT box) Current cost £10 month
Mobile - BT mobile 5gb Sim only.
Are there any advantages or disadvantages to swithing to EE
I am in my 80s and TOTALLY CONFUSED !!

If your existing contract is not coming up for renewal then just stay as you are until it is time for renewal and ignore all the BT/EE emails

Thank you for the response. My Full fibre 100 with halo3 contract ends on the 6th of August. I had a look at an option to upgrade/renew and for the same price per month it was and increase in speed to Full fibre 900 (which seems strange).
As for my other stuff - Digital Voice, TV and Sport and Sim only mobile I cannot see any contract end dates???

BT are no longer being dropped as a consumer brand so you should be able to stay with BT if you wish.

When your contract is up it automatically goes over to a rolling 30-day contract. The only change is that you'll lose any discounts you've currently got through the 2-year contract.
