Thank you. I didn’t realise I could get it from another provider. I have had some good news. BT have found the issue. There is an open order on the property I’m moving too that is causing my orders to cancel.

Hi, I have been trying to organise my home move for weeks but BT keeps cancelling my orders. I am repeatedly told this is due to conflicting orders and BT have yet to resolve the issue. I have also been sent 3 mini hubs but these are cancelled shortly after I receive them. I have spent many hours on the phone to BT over the past few weeks and still no solution. I now notice I have another open order on my account showing that they are sending me a returns bag for a mini hub which is undoubtedly another open order that will stop me organising my home move! I move in a few days and am stressed and exhausted with trying to get this sorted! I can’t cancel as I still need a BT landline to switch to another provider! Help!

Why do you need a BT landline to switch providers?

If you are out of contract with BT, just cancel the home move, then contact the new provider and they will do the rest.
