Being charged for a non return device

I am hurt and disgusted my treatment from BT since leaving the company back in August i have just been sent through a bill tailing to the amount of 63 pounds for a non return of a product i have returned on the 3/9/24 delivered on 6/9/24 still have the post office receipt!! it's been over since 6 months since i left please stop harassing me and threatening me with bills over products i have already returned.

if you have the receipt of posting then use message now and you should be able to get the device marked as returned and any charge refunded

I'm sorry to hear that you're getting those messages, when you've returned the equipment. I recommend following @imjolly's advice and speak to our Customer Support team so they can take a copy of that receipt and get it sorted for you.
