Customer support email address.

If BT can take my money online, why is customer service limited to call centres or forum posts?. I want a email address to talk to a human being and have a back and fourth.

its 2025 and emails aren't acceptable form of communication? (the irony being BT is a COMMUNICATIONS company).

Don't bother replying if an email for customer support isn't provided.
