      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have recently changed broadband providers to BT and with this was due to receive a rewards card for £75.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have had texts and email links to say I can claim the reward, however when I click on the link nothing appears in my profile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can click claim reward but there is no other link after that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Can someone please point me in the right direction of how to claim my reward card?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You have to wait 14 days after your service is active before its issued, but you can normally claim it beforehand.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did you go to this page and follow the instructions?&lt;/P&gt;
