I have proof of postage and I really don't want to be charged £62 for something I have returned and it never worked either! I got a reminder email asking me to send it which I already have. Is there an email address or person I can contact about this? Its ridiculous.&nbsp;&nbsp;</P><P>Edit: I looked up the bar code and the package was delivered and signed by BT on the 16th March.
