    <description>&lt;P&gt;There is no point in posting the picture here. This is a customer to customer forum and there is nothing any of the forum member can do to refund your money.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Where did you email the picture to and on whose instructions?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have sent two discs back in the returns bags provided, both have gone missing? I sent a picture of the receipt I had from the post office but I have still been charged for both items. I was warned by the people in the post office to keep my receipts as over 50% of the packaged they send back to BT do not get there and people are being charged. I am sending all my information to OFCOM and posting a warning on social media.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you call BT Billing 0330.1234.150 with your Proof of Posting or your Proof of Receipt they can update your account and you will get the monies that were taken refunded.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The advice given on this forum and by BT is to keep your Proof of Posting until you get acknowledgement that the items have been received. See link.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/tv/how-to-return-and-recycle-your-bt-broadband-hub-and-bt-tv-box-fo" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.bt.com/help/tv/how-to-return-and-recycle-your-bt-broadband-hub-and-bt-tv-box-fo&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The forum further advises to make sure you keep a copy of your Proof of Posting and if possible take a photograph of it in case you somehow lose the paper copy.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>I sent the picture of the receipt as requested when I complained about being charged. It didn't do any good I have not received a refund.&lt;BR /&gt;I think people should just resigned themselves to having to pay for anything you get from Bt.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The refund will be returned to your BT account as a credit off your bill. If you are no longer with BT it will be refunded to your bank account if you contact BT Billing on 0330.1234.150.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
