      <description>&lt;P&gt;Had issues with installation of the Smart Hun 2 evetually installed, but now another fight with following billing issues &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":expressionless_face:"&gt;😑&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When signed up back in November for only £32 a month, now BT can't trace our order, but we have the smart hub not the halo 3 and BT are now wanting to charge us £82 a month as the Contract has run out, absolute headache, no one has a clue or are not helping, very stressful&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
