    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I can't claim my bt reward card, I received the email confirmation but everything i click the link nothing happens, and when I try to call customer services it says I need to be an EE customer&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wondering if anyone can help&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;are you with BT or EE?&amp;nbsp; if BT then&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;you need to wait until the 14 day cooling off period has passed since your activation date.&amp;nbsp; after that you can try your MYBT but if still nothing try message now to billing&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi thank for your reply&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am a bt customer, I have already contacted through the webchat and they said to call the number which just said I need to be an ee customer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My service was activated on March 24th so it's been at least 14 days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
