&lt;P&gt;I think as you only ended on 23 April that it does does a bit time for BT to release xbox&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i had xbox gamepass ultimate before i signed up to a bt deal (had approx 7 months left) - and then signed up to a bt deal with 12 months free. Those 12 months have ended and i have turned off auto renew (ended April 23rd) - it still shows as managed by bt / ee and definitely has stopped from bt side. Is there an easy way to unlink my xbox account so i can manage the sub back on the xbox side? Just as i cant see anything on xbox site now and cant see when my sub ends&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i tried going through contact us and still cant get the account unlocked. i know mods have a xbox escalation form from previous posts, is this something they can still help with?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;edit : added 1 month as another post suggested and that seems to have sorted it&lt;/P&gt;</description>
